A small for cutting large files (tested on ~ 5.5 GB)

I was such a need - to slice 2Gb file into pieces smaller. Searching the network by appropriate utilities found, but they all give an error when trying to cut. 1.2Gb cut, 1.5Gb too, but 2Gb - nop. Therefore wrote my own. It cuts!
